These shoes are nice. I haven’t bought a pair of AF1’s in a while, but these are definitely tempting. I just have to make sure my money is right for all the Jordan retros first.

Last night, Charles Barkley and the TNT crew gave us a sneak peek at this year’s Nike Air Force 1 and varsity jacket dedicated to Black History Month. Hot off the press is this look and information about the release of these highly sought-after shoe.

This year’s design draws inspiration from the rise of Black enterprise, economic empowerment and the individuals behind the Harlem Renaissance. Covering the black leather upper is text reading “The definition of a renaissance individual: one who possesses a multitude of skills, talent and a broad base of knowledge,” in multiple types of font. On the inside, silhouettes of both a male and female figure appear, signifying the importance of both genders’ roles in Black History. Proceeds from all shoes sold will be donated to Cheyney University, the oldest Black institution in the U.S.

Its actually the colours of the Pan-African flag which was created by Marcus Garvey.I would buy even if it wasnt a special BHM release. It looks dope for sure.

The red and black patent leather Air Feathers were definitely nice to say the least. However, Nike will release yet another colorway of the Air Feather that is sure to catch everybody’s attention.

The Nike Air Feather will be dressed in a predominately neon green canvas makeup for this summer. The eye-popping neon green base is accompanied by the midsole of the same color.
